Daniel Narcisse (born 16 December 1979) is a French handball player.
He joined THW Kiel in 2009 , replacing Nikola Karabatic, and has since 2013 played for Paris Handball .〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Daniel Narcisse Biography and Olympic Results )
He is also a longtime player on the France national handball team, with which he won all major titles: World champion (twice, in 2001 and 2009), European champion (three times, in 2006, 2010 and 2014) and Olympic champion (twice, in 2008 and 2012).
His main strength as a field player is his ability to jump very high, to the point of being able to score goals above interfering defense players. This ability has earned him the nickname of ''Air France'', in France as well as in Germany.
He was voted into the ''All star team'' at the 2008 European Men's Handball Championship,〔("France" ) – ''European Handbal Federation (2008)'' (Retrieved on February 1, 2008)〕 where France finished third. In 2012 he was named the IHF World Player of the Year.
